Born January 29, 1988, Narcisse Joseph Jr., (AKA) TRU Tactics is a Louisiana native raised in the small city of Abbeville, LA. Discovering his talent and skill for wordplay at the young age of 7, TRU has since become an extremely versatile artist/producer.
